Bangkok to Pattaya city

Not being able to sleep whole night caused me waking up at almost 10am. So I had 2 hours to get near my bus to Pattaya. So I went to the hotel laundy took clean clothes and grabbed the rest of my stuff in a hurry and left the hotel. I was heading down to city centre to Decathlon to buy a mess tin. Its always useful no matter where you go. You can cook soup tea or just fry an egg.

And then riding a metro to Mochit bus station. After getting lost again in a huge park that was in my way to the station I made it through a little bit later than I intended but I did. With a help of my new Thai friends of course.

I was looking for a desk few minutes because it was not clearly marked but I have mouth so I used it.

It took two hours to get to Pattaya City and it started to rain right after we got in.

The driver dropped us at the bus station far away from my hotel. About 10 kilometeres. Right at this 'Hollywood' Pattaya City sign.

Yep. I was there but I did not take a picture of it because I was simply distracted getting to Pattaya so late. 4 hours later than I planned. I wanted to make it to the hotel as soon as possible so I waved at a taxi. It was driven by a nice Thai lady. When I showed her where I want to go and she tried to robbed me by said it's far and she will do it for 500 bahts. I told her 250 is my price and she refused so I left the car. I walked about 500 metres away and grabbed another taxi. This driver wanted 300 and I bargained it for 250. He took me to the hotel.

On the top of that there was nobody at the reception. So I was there at 6pm with nobody to talk to and with a dead phone. Really nice day so far. There was some staff I talked to and charged my phone. After that I called to the hotel and reached a manager. He sent up the receptionist and I checked in. The room is nice. Studio at the top floor. 21 floors under mine. Feels good.
