2 days before I left Siem Reap I buddied up with Russian and Vietnamese girl. So after a little chat the plan was made. Let's go to the Pub Street and eat some street food for dinner.

We stopped at one of these stands and had something to eat. I ended up with noodles with chicken and the lady gave me chop-sticks in my hand. And my question was 'What am I supposed to do with it I don't know how to eat with that.' Luckily I had Jane with me (the Vietnamese girl). So she taught me how to use chopsticks. On a street in Siem Reap. Epic! Since then I'm using them everytime when I have the chance. It feels so good to learn new things.
After the food we went to club called YOLO. To drink some beers play pool and dance.

And Shila was with us playing beer pong. This was the first time I played this game.

The next day we had plans to go to as they call it the 'Sunset mountain'. Me still in a good mood from yesterday's night was all over for this cycling trip.

We had old bikes maybe like from the 90' that Shila borrowed us. But it was the best trip so far. We saw a lot of from nature. Rice fields. Lotus fields. Mountains in a distance. And how locals live in their houses.

We stopped in a local restaurant to eat and there was a boy playing Counter strike 1.6 that was really entertaining.

That day was raining a lot and we had to make a lots of stops to find shelter.

This was the 'mountain' we had to climb up.

But first we went to a ferry dock that was close to Tonle Sap lake. This is really massive lake and locals are using it for fishing and hunting all kinds of animals (snakes, frogs, ells, etc.) That day was raining a lot and we had to make a lots of stops to find shelter

On the way there I managed to get a pic of school. It's typical Khmer house but on a water. Really different from Europe.

Still before our sunset seeing we made a little tour around the mountain to see more. And we foumd this pagoda. Full of working monks refurbrishing that place.

Then the time has come to climb up the mountain and see sunset. I have to say that this mission was successful. It's just worth it.

The award eventually came. At the top of the mountain was beautifully structured Phnom Krom temple. And pink guardian.

Then it happened.

What a day that was!
On the way back which was about an hour long on our bikes and in complete dark we stopped at local restaurant to have some food because we have been starving. That time I tried frog. For the first and probably for the last time as well. Haha.

They say it tastes like a chicken so I tried it. At first it did but I don't know.. I didn't really like the taste of the spices and at the end I could feel a taste of a river on my tongue so that was not pleasant for me.

What can I say. I felt sick the next day and Dana (Russian girl) even more because it was her plate with the frog.
Anyway we ended up this magnificent day with a coconut to drink.
